The brainchild of luxury real estate firm iStar, the Asbury Ocean Club is projected to be the shining new face of the Asbury Park boardwalk. Under the creative direction of Anda Andrei of NYC’s Handel Architects, the beachfront resort is coming along according to plan. Asbury Ocean Club residences offer a wealth of amenities including Miele kitchen appliances, white lacquered, custom Italian cabinetry by Spazzi, white oak engineered hardwood flooring, engineered stone countertops, Hansgrohe kitchen and bath fixtures, polished porcelain Marvel Calacatta walls in bathrooms, walk-in rain showers, and so much more. These amenities were curated with one core principle in mind—making life for residents as seamless as possible. The 17 floors of this prodigious resort breathe a new architectural life into Asbury Park.

The Asbury Ocean Club aims to entertain the largest variety of people with a plethora of activities. For those looking to keep up with their day-to-day on vacay, there are meeting rooms, 24/7 concierge service, and a stunning ocean-view fitness center conceptualized by New York’s very own athletic brand The Wright Fit. For those looking to melt away the stress of the daily grind, a yoga room, sun-warmed meditation room, and spa are available as well as a 65’ x 30’ pool overlooking the ocean.

The Asbury Ocean Club looks to fit in while diversifying the landscape it is set to fill. In a press release, architect Anda Andrei explained, “With Asbury Ocean Club, we’re striking a beautiful balance that’s true to oceanfront living – luxurious without being pretentious, relaxed yet chic – the elegance of timeless materials in a modern and contemporary setting. It’s different from anything in the region, the building feels like it belongs on this beach.” Asbury Ocean Club’s revitalization seems to have the best intentions for the surrounding area and hopes to attract more business and boost the town’s economy in order to reignite Asbury Park’s illustrious and notable history.
