Built from the ground up is Oradell’s now largest restaurant, ORA. The newest Italian restaurant features 250 combined seats ranging from the dining room, bar area, upstairs dining room and lounge. Co-founder and executive Chef Tom Silvestri along with co-owners Dominic and Vincent Santaite and Domenic Lofaro, designed an elegant atmosphere with beautiful finishes and fixtures and interesting touches throughout the restaurant. Adorning the menu is Italian food from all regions and all prepared various ways making each dish unique in its own way.

Terrace By Alessio’s – Hoboken, NJ

Celebrating Alessio’s fourth year in business, is their new restaurant in Uptown Hoboken, Terrace by Alessio’s. The concept of the restaurant is similar to their two cafes, Alessio’s Cafe, in Jersey City and Hoboken but gives customers a new Alessio’s experience. The restaurant is open for breakfast and lunch and their concept “Terrace in the Dark,” for dinner, serving a slice of Italy for all three meals.

BYRD – Hoboken, NJ

One of the new restaurants in New Jersey includes the global restaurant, Byrd. The restaurant features cuisines that embody a relaxed and global dining experience. The owners of Byrd, Ehren and Nadine Ryan also own the highly awarded restaurant, Common Lot in Millburn, NJ making Byrd their second restaurant. They expressed their excitement for the restaurant on Byrd’s Instagram page earlier in May, excited to now be in the Hoboken-Jersey City restaurant scene. Dhamaal – Montclair, NJ

Located in Montclair, NJ is the Indian fusion restaurant, Dhamaal. Their menu features a large number of unique options with twists on Indian classics. Their unique twist includes fusion dishes of Indian style pizzas, tacos and chicken croquettes. The exquisite scenery of the restaurant adds to the amazing experience customers have had since Dhamaal opened in early May. In mid-May the Jersey City restaurant, The Horseshow Kitchen & Bar, opened. The restaurant features upscale and eclectic cuisine. The fusion cuisine of South Asian influences is meant to pay homage to the international community that built Jersey City. The restaurant also features American dishes including their smash burger and crispy fish sandwich.
