When you think of a theme park holiday, the first thoughts conjured may be that of chaos and time scarcity. However, Universal Studios aims to alleviate these stresses by providing a luxurious all-in-one package. Universal’s VIP Experience allows groups of people to experience personalized tours around any of the Orlando theme parks. The tour provides guests with a personal guide who is an expert on the park’s history and operations. Not only does the tour include exclusive backstage access and insider information, but it also allows visitors to experience all the park has to offer (without the annoyance of waiting in line). What’s better than being treated like a celebrity?

In order to meet the needs of every visitor, Universal Studios VIP Experience offers both non-exclusive and private tours. For non-exclusive tours, a party up to six guests will be paired with another party of six, with the tour itself beginning at 11:00 a.m. and lasting approximately five to seven hours. The tour guide will escort the group to up to eight different attractions based on everyone’s consensus. In addition, non-exclusive tour guests each get a one-day Universal Dining Plan to use. Should a group have more haute preferences, the Universal Studios VIP Experience offers a private tour which allows free reign to set a start time and create a personalized itinerary. On the other hand, private tour guests may choose from an array of options, including an exclusive lunch inside USF’s Cafe LaBamba, where chefs prepare a sampling of signature dishes from restaurants found throughout the resort. At the end of the tour, the souvenir VIP lanyard serves as an unlimited Express Pass for the rest of the day, and offers discounts on food and merchandise throughout the park properties.

While visiting Orlando, take a trip to the brand new Toothsome Chocolate Emporium & Savory Feast Kitchen located on the entertainment capital of Orlando, Universal’s CityWalk. Learn the new and fascinating ways the Emporium transforms their chocolate into the most astounding of five-star recipes. Enjoy classic dishes like steak and seafood, an all-day brunch that includes crepes and quiche, or their variety of signature dishes, such as the Coffee and Chocolate Stout Chicken Wings or the Chocolate Almond Bread. Room for dessert (always…)? Toothsome serves milkshakes with flavors the likes of Chocolate x5, Bacon Brittle and Red Velvet. Or feast on a multitude of sundaes like S’mores and Salted Caramel Flan. Don’t sweat it, though, the restaurant’s shop also sells tasty treats that you can take home to enjoy later.

Non-exclusive tours can be booked online through a calendar with availability and pricing. Private tours, however, must be booked by phone at 1-866-346-9350 (EST 9:00 a.m. through 7:00 p.m., seven days a week). Universal Studios VIP tours sell out quickly, so if your family is considering a tour, make sure to book well in advance.
