The salon is owned by Angelique Fagoni, Julia Assennato and Christine Zarzana, three beauty professionals who have come together to create a space centered around personalized service, beautiful hair and a welcoming salon experience.

For longtime Lincroft residents, the location has a history of its own. Before becoming The Beauty Parlour, the space was home to Salon Nesci, owned by longtime local hairstylist Kevin Nesci.
As The Beauty Parlour began taking shape, Nesci officially handed over the keys to Angelique, Julia and Christine, marking the beginning of a new chapter for the space. The transition, however, has maintained a meaningful connection to its roots. Nesci continues to work with the team at The Beauty Parlour, bringing his years of experience and relationships within the local community into the salon’s next chapter.
The result is a natural evolution, one that honors the history of the space while introducing a new vision and aesthetic for modern Lincroft beauty.

At The Beauty Parlour, the focus is on creating hair that feels tailored to the individual rather than following a one-size-fits-all approach.The salon offers haircuts, blowouts, single-process color, glosses, highlights, balayage and lived-in color, with stylists working with each client to determine the right tone, dimension and maintenance level.

“Our clients are our biggest inspiration. We love when someone comes in with a picture or an idea and trusts us to bring that vision to life. It’s not always about recreating a photo exactly, it’s about having a conversation, understanding what they love about it and figuring out how to make that look work best for them,” says Julia.
For the owners, the most rewarding part of the process is what happens beyond the technical aspects of hair. “What we love most is the transformation and getting to experience it with our clients. Seeing someone look in the mirror at the end of their appointment and watching their confidence change is the best feeling. When a client leaves feeling happy, beautiful and like the best version of themselves, knowing we had a part in that is what makes what we do so special.”
