2021 Jaguar F-Pace: Bolder Is Better

Design

The new Jaguar F-Pace takes on a dynamic design approach. The updated chiseled hood design, slim LED headlights, a deeper grille and wider vents make for a bolder appearance. New integrated exhaust finishers add to the sleekness of the vehicle and complement the fresh design of the back bumper.

The interior was designed for comfort, peace and quality. Using superior materials, chic color combinations and satisfyingly comfortable seats, the F-Pace exceeds tranquility expectations and creates an even more enjoyable ride. Wider cushioned seats and massage capabilities open up the space and provide even more added comfort. The lighting system has been updated to have a waterfall effect with 10 color options for a calmer drive. 

Technology

The F-Pace goes above and beyond with its technological possibilities. The SUV’s completely redesigned interface features 11.4” of touchscreen space, along with a variety of layouts for navigation, allowing for an easier and more efficient driving experience. The F-Pace has the option for Interactive Driver Display which includes 3D navigation on the dashboard on a 12.3” screen, as well as the Head-Up Display which projects information onto the windshield for easier and safer viewing. The Jaguar F-Pace uses Meridian Audio for an amplified, deeper listening experience and for those on long drives, Active Road Noise Cancellation can be turned on for a quieter cabin.

Apple CarPlay, unlimited streaming media, weather forecasts and calendar synchronization are provided for the driver’s convenience. Wireless device charging eliminates wire clutter and an air ionization option is available to capture particles like dust and pollen to provide passengers with a clean and healthy ride. If upgraded to Pivi Pro, an artificial intelligence system is available and it is able to self-learn navigation for an even more enhanced ride. The introduction of Jaguar’s Electronic Vehicle Architecture (EVA) automatically updates the car’s software and also syncs up with Pivi Pro for a fully connected journey.

Performance

The new F-Pace offers a range of engine options including a 246hp, 2.0 liter turbocharged 4-cylinder (F-Pace P250, P250 S), a 335hp, 3.0 liter turbocharged and supercharged 6-cylinder MHEV (P340 S) and a 395hp, 3.0 liter turbocharged and supercharged 6-cylinder MHEV (P400 R-Dynamic S). The P340 and P400 are powered by Jaguar’s new mild-hybrid fuel technology. The P400 is capable of 0 to 60 mph in just 5 seconds, and the F-Pace P250 can go 0 to 60 mph in 6.9 seconds. All F-Pace transmissions are 8-speed automatic and can be controlled using the shift paddles on the steering wheel. All-wheel drive with Intelligent Driveline Dynamics is standard in all new F-Pace models and provides a selectable control that fits to the road conditions. The F-Pace features JaguarDrive Control and Auto Vehicle Hold to maximize fuel efficiency and shifts the gears more quickly.
