Owner Robert Lange’s goal was to bring life back to Ocean Gate with the opening of Rosie’s. Named after his late grandmother and located in his hometown, it’s no surprise that Rosie’s holds a special place in Lange’s heart. Family and friends are involved, too, and their devotion to the Ocean Gate restaurant has created an atmosphere like no other. Everyone who walks into Rosie’s feels right at home.

Friendly faces and stylish decor greet you at Rosie’s. Upon entering, the staff makes it their mission to provide impeccable service. In addition to their main dining areas, Rosie’s also offers a hip bar and lounge area. They have various events lined up every month, from group psychic readings to couples karaoke. Lange’s dedication to bringing life back to Ocean Gate is evident—and working.

Rosie’s offers a variety of mouthwatering dishes that’ll have your tastebuds thanking you. Try their delicious short rib with a red wine reduction, served with garlic mashed potatoes and asparagus—a Rosie’s favorite. Or give yourself something new to try and ask your server for the seasonal soup or salad. For dessert, the possibilities are endless. Apart from their house-made specialties that include creme brulee served with fresh berries and tiramisu, Rosie’s also serves dessert cocktails. From peanut butter cup martinis to Rosie’s Sunset, a drink consisting of tequila, Kahlúa, Chambord, and coffee, you won’t regret whatever you land on.

Join them in their bar and lounge from 3-5 p.m. and indulge in their delectable selection of happy hour food and drinks. Pair a glass of your choice of red or white sangria with some edamame dumplings or the lobster bisque. Rosie’s also has a bar menu available at any time with dishes like buffalo chicken dip and tuna nachos.
