The Culinary Vision
Bourbon Steak Miami is the brainchild of James Beard Award-winning chef and renowned restauranter, Michael Mina. He has received multiple awards besides the James Beard Foundation Award, including the Bon Appétit Chef of the Year Award and Michelin Star Award. He has taken his culinary vision to the next level and founded the MINA company, which has over 45 operations worldwide. Mina uses his innovative culinary skills and business mind to create an experience that is dazzling and bold.
Executive Chef Michael Fenton works alongside Mina to make dinner at Bourbon Steak the luxe experience that it is. When Fenton was young, his parents cultivated an expansive vegetable garden that was full of fresh veggies, herbs and berries. This inspired Fenton to always use the freshest ingredients in his dishes. His commitment to freshness carries into all of his creations.
A Gilded Experience
When you enter the restaurant, you will immediately be dazzled by the striking elegance of the dining area. With smoky mirrored glass and artistic gilded finishes, this steakhouse is nothing short of glamorous.
At Bourbon Steak Miami, the exquisiteness starts at the very first sip. With over 850 wine selections on their award winning wine cellar, and a selection of classic cocktails, you are sure to be impressed even before you decide what to order for dinner.
The appetizer menu boasts an impressive array of options. Choose between Hand Cut Prime Steak Tartare, Tuna Sashimi or even Michael’s Tuna Tartare, which features asian pear, pine nuts and quail eggs, before journeying on to your next course.
A Wide Entree Selection
Despite the name, Bourbon Steak House has numerous seafood dishes. Try the Scottish Salmon, Day Boat Scallops, or even the Ahi Tuna. Don’t forget to order some Caviar. Bourbon Steak offers both Tsar Imperial and Alverta Presidential Caviar alongside other seafood dishes such as their Shellfish Tower or Oyster Selection.
Of course, no trip to Bourbon Steak House would be complete without a Steak from their Oak-Wood Fired Grill. Try the 32 oz Porterhouse, the American Rib Eye Filet or the Japanese A5 Striploin. All are carefully prepared with attention to detail to create something that is uniquely delectable.
