Celebrate the Easter holiday from April 7th through 16th at Crystal Springs Resort’s Grand Cascades and Mineral Resort & Spa with holiday-inspired activities ranging from Easter brunch and dinner to egg hunts and bunny visits. Enjoy Easter brunches at Restaurant Latour, the Emerald Ballroom, Crystal Tavern, Minerals Resort and Spa’s Diamond Ballroom, and an Easter dinner at Springs Bistro.
Restaurant Latour will serve brunch from 11 a.m. until 3 p.m. prepared by Executive Chef Anthony Bucco and Chef de Latour Martyna Krowicka. The menu calls for scrambled eggs with oysters and caviar, chicken and waffles with quail and wagyu flatiron with blue cheese and lettuce soup. The Emerald Ballroom will be serving an Easter brunch buffet from 11 a.m. through 4 p.m. with visits from the Easter bunny. The brunch buffet features seafood, omelets, carved meats and dessert. Crystal Tavern will be serving brunch from 11 a.m. until 4 p.m. with dishes featuring pork terrine with housemade mustard, wild mushroom tart with leeks, goat cheese and arugula, and lamb with polenta and salsa verde. Minerals Resort & Spa will serve an Easter brunch in the Diamond Ballroom from 10:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. featuring a build-your-own pasta station with macaroni and cheese for kids, fresh seafood and a carving station.
The Grand Cascades & Minerals Resort will feature Easter activities including Easter egg dyeing Thursday, April 13th through Saturday, April 15th, and a chocolate molding class on Friday, April 14th and Saturday, April 15th. Both events will take place at the Grand Cascades Lodge. In addition, an old-fashioned marshmallow toasting featuring a holiday twist with marshmallow Peeps will take place nightly from Friday, April 7th through Sunday, April 16th.
