The Boheme: Eclectic American Dining

For those who crave artistic culinary experiences, The Boheme is the perfect destination. This premier restaurant in the Grand Bohemian Hotel in Orlando, Florida, is known for its unique twists on traditional dining. The Boheme, a AAA Four-Diamond restaurant, is an amazing locale for area residents and tourists to enjoy delectable fine-dining and signature wine-blends from the mind of Executive Chef, Laurent Hollaender.

Their enticing blend of hand-selected ingredients, award winning dishes and alluring ambiance is the perfect combination for all culinary adventurers who find themselves in the Sunshine State.

Ambiance and Mystery

Your unique dining experience begins the moment you enter the Bösendorfer Lounge. Slip into a plush corner chair with an exquisitely-crafted cocktail in hand and take a moment to acquaint yourself with Orlando’s most sophisticated crowd.

In this tasteful bar, you will have an opportunity to soak in the sights of the city as well as enjoy a glass of their very own Kessler blend. The Boheme’s All-Day Menu is available in the Bösendorfer Lounge between 12PM and 10PM (9PM on Sunday).

Or you might opt for a slightly more intimate dining experience in one of their private rooms. Separate from the mingling crowds, the private lounges in The Boheme are a wonderful celebration of original art and unique scenery.

Private Rooms are available for hosting a dinner, a birthday luncheon or even just a small get-together with friends. They can seat up to fourteen people.

The Tomahawk Experience

Among their wide array of reimagined classics, the Tomahawk Steak for Two is a truly unforgettable gastronomical feat. This 42 oz. 1855 Angus Beef Tomahawk is flambéed and carved table-side.

The steak is paired alongside grilled asparagus, grape tomatoes, yukon gold potatoes & a yellow beet mash. It is then decorated with a side of Porcini mushroom sauce. The Tomahawk steak is truly a dinner fit for artists and kings alike.

Black Bee Honey Cheesecake

This signature dessert features an unforgettable orange blossom honey cheesecake adorned with grand marnier caramel sauce with honeycomb waffle.

The Black Bee Honey Cheesecake

Besides just being a delicious last course, the black bee honey cheesecake is actually a part of a collaboration between The Boheme and a local charity. For each cheesecake ordered, $1 of the proceeds go to the local charity, Parramore Kidz Zone (PKZ), who creates Black Bee Honey. Chef Hollaender uses their Black Bee Honey to create the cheesecake.

Jazz Brunch

The Boheme also offers a unique Jazz Brunch on Sunday mornings. Start your week off right by immersing yourself in their rich wood furnishings and hand-selected ingredients and have some fun perusing their extensive wine list. Dine on their seafood platter, with shrimp, oysters and crab legs, or lean into the morning with a classic American breakfast skillet.

Enjoy unlimited mimosas, tea, coffee and juice alongside your brunch. You will never want to leave.

Eclectic atmosphere, live music and delectable dining all come together for an experience that is truly artistically unique. If you find yourself in Orlando, be sure to stop by The Boheme for a beautiful meal or an unforgettable evening.
